I built EASE OS™  because no single discipline fully explained
what I was experiencing

For more than 25 years, I worked across physical therapy, functional medicine, nutrition, yoga, Pilates, and movement education, trying to answer a question I could not stop seeing in both my patients and myself:

Why were people doing so many of the right things and still not fully healing?

Over time, I realized the issue was not a lack of information.
It was fragmentation.

Patients were carrying the burden of integrating disconnected disciplines themselves — moving between practitioners, protocols, diets, therapies, supplements, movement systems, and nervous system tools without anyone mapping the whole picture in sequence.

At the same time, I was navigating my own experience with Lupus, kidney failure, dialysis, transplant complications, and the emotional realities of surviving inside a fragmented healthcare system.

I experienced firsthand what happens when no single lens fully explains the whole human experience.

EASE OS™ emerged from that intersection:
clinical expertise and lived experience.

Today, EASE OS™ integrates nervous system regulation, enteric health, somatic awareness, movement, functional medicine principles, and empowered psychology into one coherent framework designed to help people finally understand the pattern underneath their symptoms.

Not just physically.
But humanly.

Because healing is not simply about removing symptoms. It is about restoring coherence to a system that has been carrying too much for too long.
