Dr. Connie Cheung

For midlife women whose bodies have changed

You remember when life felt more available.

Choosing what to wear without thinking twice. Making plans. Picturing a trip—and picturing yourself enjoying it.

When your body changes, it’s not only strength you miss. You can find yourself mourning the freedom to move through life without constantly accounting for how you feel. And it can feel like everyone is moving forward while you stay stuck.

Most advice gives you two options: push harder, or wait it out. Neither one starts where you actually are.

Your body isn’t behind. It needs a different starting point.

Why EASE OS™

Too many specialists. Not enough integration.

Your gut has one doctor. Your joints have another. Your stress gets an app, and your mind gets a separate appointment. Each one sees a piece.

More information can leave you more overwhelmed than when you started. What’s missing isn’t another specialist. It’s someone who puts the pieces back together.

“The solutions can be so simple that we overlook them.”Dr. Connie Cheung

EASE OS™ connects your gut, nervous system, body, and mind in one simple method—built by a clinician trained in physical therapy, nutrition, functional medicine, yoga, and Pilates, who had to put herself back together, too.

Integration is the solution.

Meet Dr. Connie Cheung

I’ve been on both sides of the treatment table.

I’ve been a clinician since 2001. I built studios, trained teachers, and brought physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, nutrition, and functional medicine together in my work.

Physical therapy, a master’s in nutrition, and seven years of functional medicine training gave me deep expertise in physiology and neurology: how muscles, organs, and the nervous system adapt to what we ask of them—and to what life asks of us.

As an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and double-certified Pilates practitioner, I bring that science onto the mat, where breath, movement, and attention work together, and body and mind are trained as one.

Then lupus, kidney failure, dialysis, and a transplant put me on the other side. I knew the anatomy. What I wasn’t ready for was the distance between the body I remembered and the body I was living in. It can be hard to imagine the future, which can hurt deeply.

I had to learn to start where I was—not where I used to be. That’s what I teach now: a practical place to begin, and a clear way to build.

How the six weeks unfold

Six weeks.
One clear progression.

  1. Orient
  2. Organize
  3. Integrate
  4. Load
  5. Adapt

Weeks 1–2 · Orient & Organize

Find your starting point.

Explore breath, support, and movement. Learn the foundations of positioning and coordination, and find practices that fit your current capacity.

Weeks 3–4 · Integrate

Connect the pieces.

Bring breath, core support, alignment, and balance together. Develop a more coordinated practice through selected movements and repetition.

Weeks 5–6 · Load & Adapt

Practice your next step.

Explore gradual challenge, notice how you respond, and learn how to adjust. Leave with a practical plan for continued movement.

In their words

“She put the pieces back together.”

What happens when someone finally looks at the whole of you.

Nobody has integrated my body the way Dr. Connie has. I felt broken and hopeless, but she helped me understand the root cause of my symptoms and put the pieces back together. So simple, yet profound.
J.S.Client
I’d gone from doctor to doctor, functional and integrative, taking tons of supplements, with labs that were “normal.” Dr. Connie found the stress behind it all. Now I know how to dial it down and regulate my own pain.
G.A.Client
