EASE Somatics · Dr. Connie Cheung
Guided movement connecting breath, core support, alignment, and strength—with a clear starting point and a progression you can adapt.
Created by a physical therapist who had to rebuild her own body.

For midlife women whose bodies have changed
Choosing what to wear without thinking twice. Making plans. Picturing a trip—and picturing yourself enjoying it.
When your body changes, it’s not only strength you miss. You can find yourself mourning the freedom to move through life without constantly accounting for how you feel. And it can feel like everyone is moving forward while you stay stuck.
Most advice gives you two options: push harder, or wait it out. Neither one starts where you actually are.
Your body isn’t behind. It needs a different starting point.
Why EASE OS™
Your gut has one doctor. Your joints have another. Your stress gets an app, and your mind gets a separate appointment. Each one sees a piece.
More information can leave you more overwhelmed than when you started. What’s missing isn’t another specialist. It’s someone who puts the pieces back together.
“The solutions can be so simple that we overlook them.”Dr. Connie Cheung
EASE OS™ connects your gut, nervous system, body, and mind in one simple method—built by a clinician trained in physical therapy, nutrition, functional medicine, yoga, and Pilates, who had to put herself back together, too.
Integration is the solution.

Meet Dr. Connie Cheung
I’ve been a clinician since 2001. I built studios, trained teachers, and brought physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, nutrition, and functional medicine together in my work.
Physical therapy, a master’s in nutrition, and seven years of functional medicine training gave me deep expertise in physiology and neurology: how muscles, organs, and the nervous system adapt to what we ask of them—and to what life asks of us.
As an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and double-certified Pilates practitioner, I bring that science onto the mat, where breath, movement, and attention work together, and body and mind are trained as one.
Then lupus, kidney failure, dialysis, and a transplant put me on the other side. I knew the anatomy. What I wasn’t ready for was the distance between the body I remembered and the body I was living in. It can be hard to imagine the future, which can hurt deeply.
I had to learn to start where I was—not where I used to be. That’s what I teach now: a practical place to begin, and a clear way to build.

The first step into EASE OS™
Six weeks to build a movement practice you understand, can adapt, and can make your own.
Live, guided online sessions connecting breath, core support, alignment, balance, and progressive strength. You’ll learn where to begin, how to adjust on harder days, and how to add challenge when you’re ready.
No yoga or Pilates experience required. A pre-program health questionnaire helps identify suitability and any need for guidance from your healthcare provider.

How the six weeks unfold
Weeks 1–2 · Orient & Organize
Explore breath, support, and movement. Learn the foundations of positioning and coordination, and find practices that fit your current capacity.
Weeks 3–4 · Integrate
Bring breath, core support, alignment, and balance together. Develop a more coordinated practice through selected movements and repetition.
Weeks 5–6 · Load & Adapt
Explore gradual challenge, notice how you respond, and learn how to adjust. Leave with a practical plan for continued movement.
In their words
What happens when someone finally looks at the whole of you.
Nobody has integrated my body the way Dr. Connie has. I felt broken and hopeless, but she helped me understand the root cause of my symptoms and put the pieces back together. So simple, yet profound.
I’d gone from doctor to doctor, functional and integrative, taking tons of supplements, with labs that were “normal.” Dr. Connie found the stress behind it all. Now I know how to dial it down and regulate my own pain.
As a physician trained in functional medicine, I thought my knowledge could help me with my autoimmune condition. Dr. Connie showed me what I couldn’t see. I learned to regulate my own physiology by moving and breathing in a way I never had. It changed the way I practice medicine.
She makes something that felt so complicated—my symptoms—so simple that I finally had confidence. I’m completely changed in the way I move and think.
After four years of chronic pain and 12 different treatments in three countries, Dr. Connie figured out what was wrong in my first visit. She really gave me my life back.
I came in for one isolated issue. She integrated all of me, so I could finally see cause and effect in the patterns she recognized in my movement.
I was told I would be in pain for the rest of my life. Dr. Connie’s thorough understanding of the human body is the reason I can be active again.
Dr. Connie is the only person who helped me feel so much better after years of living in pain. I am so grateful.
Twenty-five years with lupus, and I was so close to giving up. Literally no one understands the lupus struggle. Now you have given me a way to fight.
Dr. Connie is the best teacher in movement. She set the bar so high that the results were inevitable.
Dr. Connie is a gem! The only person I trust to get to the core of my pain.
They integrate physical movement with mindfulness and self-awareness. As a breast cancer survivor, it helped me regain my strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.
