By week six

What you’ll walk away with.

A practice you trust

A short routine you know how to scale up on good days and down on hard ones.

Clarity about your body

A clearer sense of which movements build you up and which wear you down.

Confidence to progress

The know-how to add challenge without guessing—or getting hurt.

How the six weeks unfold

Six weeks.
One clear progression.

  1. Orient
  2. Organize
  3. Integrate
  4. Load
  5. Adapt

Weeks 1–2 · Orient & Organize

Find your starting point.

Explore breath, support, and movement. Learn the foundations of positioning and coordination, and find practices that fit your current capacity.

Weeks 3–4 · Integrate

Connect the pieces.

Bring breath, core support, alignment, and balance together. Develop a more coordinated practice through selected movements and repetition.

Weeks 5–6 · Load & Adapt

Practice your next step.

Explore gradual challenge, notice how you respond, and learn how to adjust. Leave with a practical plan for continued movement.

Is this for you?

Made for midlife women whose bodies have changed.

A good fit if you…

  • want guidance instead of guessing
  • are rebuilding strength, energy, or confidence
  • want to understand your body, not just follow along
  • have no yoga or Pilates experience—or plenty

Not the right fit if you…

  • need individualized medical treatment or rehab
  • are looking for an intense, high-impact workout
  • can’t attend live or watch recordings within the week

A pre-program health questionnaire helps identify suitability and any need for guidance from your healthcare provider. EASE Somatics is education and guided movement, not medical care.

In their words

“She put the pieces back together.”

What happens when someone finally looks at the whole of you.

Nobody has integrated my body the way Dr. Connie has. I felt broken and hopeless, but she helped me understand the root cause of my symptoms and put the pieces back together. So simple, yet profound.
J.S.Client
I’d gone from doctor to doctor, functional and integrative, taking tons of supplements, with labs that were “normal.” Dr. Connie found the stress behind it all. Now I know how to dial it down and regulate my own pain.
G.A.Client
As a physician trained in functional medicine, I thought my knowledge could help me with my autoimmune condition. Dr. Connie showed me what I couldn’t see. I learned to regulate my own physiology by moving and breathing in a way I never had. It changed the way I practice medicine.
K.C.Physician and client
She makes something that felt so complicated—my symptoms—so simple that I finally had confidence. I’m completely changed in the way I move and think.
C.W.Client
After four years of chronic pain and 12 different treatments in three countries, Dr. Connie figured out what was wrong in my first visit. She really gave me my life back.
T.L.Google review
I came in for one isolated issue. She integrated all of me, so I could finally see cause and effect in the patterns she recognized in my movement.
P.C.Client
I was told I would be in pain for the rest of my life. Dr. Connie’s thorough understanding of the human body is the reason I can be active again.
L.J.Google review
Dr. Connie is the only person who helped me feel so much better after years of living in pain. I am so grateful.
R.B.Client
Twenty-five years with lupus, and I was so close to giving up. Literally no one understands the lupus struggle. Now you have given me a way to fight.
D.C.Online community member
Dr. Connie is the best teacher in movement. She set the bar so high that the results were inevitable.
L.P.Student
Dr. Connie is a gem! The only person I trust to get to the core of my pain.
L.G.Client
They integrate physical movement with mindfulness and self-awareness. As a breast cancer survivor, it helped me regain my strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.

Questions

Before you join.

How much does it cost?

That’s built in. Every practice has a gentler version, you’ll learn how to scale down on hard days, and recordings let you catch up. You’ll never be asked to push through symptoms.

Do I need movement experience?

No. The program begins with foundations and progresses gradually.

Can I participate with an autoimmune or other health condition?

Suitability depends on your circumstances. Complete the pre-program health questionnaire and consult your healthcare provider about participation and any restrictions.

No. EASE Somatics provides education and guided movement alongside your existing care. It does not diagnose or treat conditions or replace medical care.
