For physical therapists, movement teachers & health professionals

Your patients get better. Then the pattern comes back.

That isn’t a skill problem, and it isn’t a compliance problem. It’s the layer nobody trained you in: integrating the whole person, and teaching it so the change holds after the session ends.

The EASE OS™ Certified Practitioner pathway teaches that layer. Founding group, by application.

What the referral didn’t say

You weren’t trained wrong. You were trained in pieces.

The referral says knee. Your training says knee. Her life says everything else.

You treat what you were trained to see, and you treat it well. She improves. Then the hip flares, or the neck, or the same knee, and she’s back on your schedule wondering what she did wrong.

She didn’t do anything wrong. Neither did you. Nobody connected the pieces, and nobody taught her to feel the difference between effort that builds her and effort that wears her down.

Another modality won’t close that gap. You already have plenty. What’s missing is the integration underneath them.

Where it hurts is rarely where it started.

Patterns from clinical practice

The pain site is rarely the source.

Three cases from my practice. The referral named one part. The pattern ran through the whole person.

Referred for: tennis elbow

The elbow was the victim.

A competitive player with a partial tendon tear, already in therapy elsewhere. After an old shoulder surgery she had been guarding the shoulder, stopped using her core, and gripped harder on every stroke. Her elbow was doing her core’s job. We worked upstream, shoulder to core, and downstream, elbow to wrist. She’s doing well, and she knows why.

Referred for: neck pain

Her neck was doing her core’s job.

A physician with nerve symptoms down the arm. Abdominal surgeries that were never followed by rehab, and years of running on high alert. Her deep core never learned to switch back on, so her neck carried the load. As we retrain core activation, her pain is significantly less, and she finally sees the pattern.

Referred for: one joint at a time

He came in for a knee and left with his whole body.

A retired, active man who kept getting hurt: knee, ankle, hand, then neck, low back, and hips. Over about three months we worked through the pattern behind all of them. He left without pain, with his energy back, and with ownership of how he moves.

Details changed to protect privacy. Outcomes are individual. What you learn is the reasoning that found each pattern.

The EASE OS™ Certified Practitioner pathway

Not another modality. The system that integrates the ones you have.

One question runs through the whole curriculum: where does this person’s ability to sense, organize, respond, and adapt break down, and what conditions would help it return?

The art of the intake

Listen first, ask what nobody asked, find the pattern, teach the connection. The skill most clinicians were never taught, and the reason patients tell you what they’ve never told another provider.

Four domains, one clinical lens

Enteric, Autonomic, Somatic, and Empowered Psychology: a map for seeing where adaptation breaks down, so you stop treating parts in isolation.

The Recalibration Method

Orient, Organize, Integrate, Load, Adapt. One progression you apply to every client, so you always know what comes next and when to add challenge.

Seven integration pillars

Foundation, Core, Polarity, Breath, Alignment, Balance, Embodiment. A shared language for body, breath, and nervous system that clients understand and remember.

Teaching that holds

Load versus capacity, the felt activation of the deep stabilizers before effort, and the cues that keep new patterns in place after the session ends.

A clear professional offering

How to bring integration into the practice you already have, or build a new one, without turning into a salesperson.

Is this for you?

Built for practitioners who come to do the work.

A strong fit if you…

  • are a PT, PTA, OT, nurse, physician, or dietitian, or a yoga, Pilates, or movement teacher
  • keep seeing the same patterns come back and want to know why
  • ask good questions and take direct feedback
  • will practice the method in your own body before you teach it
  • want integration, not another certificate on the wall

Not a fit if you…

  • want a credential without the work
  • want a quick technique to use on Monday
  • believe clients fail because they don’t comply
  • aren’t ready to follow a structured progression

Your teacher

I’ve been on both sides of the treatment table.

I’ve been a clinician since 2001. Physical therapy, an MPH in nutrition, registered dietitian, seven years of functional medicine training through IFM, Pilates, and yoga.

I ran a studio and a Yoga Alliance–registered teacher training, and I’ve trained teachers and practitioners for years. Every discipline taught me something true. None of them answered the questions in between.

Then I became the patient. Lupus, kidney failure, and two kidney transplants showed me exactly where care fragments, and what it takes to rebuild. Today I practice at full strength, and I teach the layer I was missing.

As a physician trained in functional medicine, I thought my knowledge could help me with my autoimmune condition. Dr. Connie showed me what I couldn’t see. It changed the way I practice medicine.

Questions

Before you apply.

Who is the pathway for?

Physical therapists, PTAs, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, dietitians, and yoga, Pilates, and movement teachers who want to teach integration. You apply what you learn within your own license and scope of practice.

Do I need a yoga or Pilates background?

No. You need curiosity, and the willingness to practice the method in your own body first.

How is this different from a CE course?

A CE course hands you a technique. This gives you a system for deciding which technique, when, and why, plus the intake skills to see the pattern and the teaching skills to make the change hold.

How is it delivered?

Online, with a monthly live group Q&A on that month’s content and a 90-minute individual assessment with Dr. Connie.

What does it cost?

Founding tuition is $10,000, open by application through March 31, 2027. Payment questions are answered on the info session and on your application call.

Does this change my scope of practice?

No. EASE OS™ is an educational framework. You use it within your own license, credentials, and scope.

I trained with you before. Is there something for me?

Yes. Mark it on your application, and I’ll reach out to you personally.

I’m not sure I’m ready.

Come to the info session. You’ll know within the hour.
